睇樓紙 is prepared by the agent, not U. U only have to sign your
name on it. Please check if there are any flats U have not
inspected are on the 睇樓紙. 睇樓紙 is a "weapon" the agent makes
trouble to U if U follow other agents to buy the flat he has
introduced.
臨時買賣合約 is only signed when U really wants to buy the flat. It
is still a contract. So U must be very careful about waht the agent
has written on it such as the agent fee, whether the flat includes
furniture, the time to pay deposit and so on. U can consult a
lawyer about the proposed term before U sign 臨時買賣合約. |
