Hi Armanin, 可能是由於Netvigator上行網速不夠造成，可嘗試直接通過內網串流，即iPhone通過內部ip地址（例如192.168.1.1之類）直接通過Router連7KD而非經過Internet。 |

小弟現在有些網絡問題想了解一下，問題是小弟用最近用雞蛋盒柒仟Ｄ串流到唉風上觀看’但就出現段段續續的情況’而小弟家中用望尚行２00MB上網，而路由器則用Dlink615另經dlinkddns.com串流到唉風’其實有冇一些方法能夠正面地改善（例如換Router）  |

Li On hing,
Found a bug with MTV7000 streaming app setup. If I use component input, there is no audio from input 4. I have to use audio from input 3 in order to get sound.
Also, I do not see the bitstream setup button on my iPhone/iPad (the one that stream audio to Airport Express).
Wish list:
- Can one view a different TV channel besides the one being played? It seems that it is impossible as you need to "digitize" the output from the MTV7000. If this is possible in the future, it means MTV7000 is doing internal signal routing. If this is the case, we would not need to use the external cable for watching TV.
- The most desired feature for me would be the ability to watch the recorded TV programs on my iPad. |

To those who have problem using USB WiFi, I would like to share with you information on a working USB WiFi adapter that is not listed in the release notes.
It is the Level One WUA-603. It is a 150Mbps N adapter selling for less than HK$100 at 黃金商場。
I bought it today and have just got it working, connecting to my Wireless Router using WPA2.
Note: After plugging the USB WiFi adapter in my MTV 3000 (firmware 5.08), I needed to cycle power from the back-switch to make it work.

我使用 MTV-5000D 已使有二年有多, 發覺當用咗 4.01 以上版本 firmware (e.g 5.02/ 5.04....最新5.08 version), 會成日 hang 機(用翻舊 4.01 就冇事), 想問問可否正視問題, 因新 firmware version 功能多好多, 特別係網上遙距預約錄影好正, 但我發覺用 MTV-5000D 雖有新 firmware update, 但係真係好多問題, 我都等咗成年先有新 version, 部機都放底過維修部三、四次, 次次都講check 唔到問題(科學園真係好遠), 但我翻去用一日又 hang 機!!!(用翻舊 4.01 就冇事), 可否幫吓我解決問題, 唔該你 
其實 Magic TV 比起其他牌子已經係好好的了. 不過作為用家當然想佢更加好!!!

yes they are the same except bigger HDD with the same price. if you can find a 500G version at much lower price, then it's good deal too!

Does the latest MTV7000 with 1TB HDD having the same PCB hardware/chipset/design as the older 500GB MTV7000? It seems that I can get a really good price on the 500GB version, but 1TB version is rather expensive. |

-頻道錄影質素預設既設定,發覺無論在入面較左咩野[e.g.HG,HX],正式錄影時都唔會有改變到全部永遠是預設DR |

If you have reception problems and you are using a cheapo HDMI cable, whether it came with the box or bought it elsewhere, the reception may improve if you switch to a better cable. It doesn't have to be a fancy expensive one. I had very bad reception problem (interference) after I replaced the external HDD box for my MTV3200D. I switched the cheapo HDMI cable to a better one (about $100) from Tak Fat basement and the reception problem went away. I had the idea to try switching the cable because I had encountered similar interference problem before with a Panasonic iDTV when it was connected to a home theater system using the cheapo HDMI cable that came as a gift with the TV. |

MTV介面設計的確好好，但如果用戶太忙，冇時間經常update預約錄影清的話，會將新劇同舊劇放係同一個劇名組別內，希望可以改善呢個問題，唔該 |
