I am Dicky. I am sure that the problem come from incompablility
between Amp and DVD player. As I have tried to connect my V880 to
other Amp but without any pop sounds...
It seems that the only solution is to change another Amp...
I am using an old Sony Amp...

Hi Dicky,
My V880 also makes those pop sounds. 
Personally I don't know if this is normal or not. I just received the dvd
player 2 days ago. It has the latest firmware ver.1.1.12. Well does
anyone else have same issue?

I just received my V880 player and noticed an anomoly with the audio.
I noticed that if I do a chapter skip, the audio would always make a pop sound. Other times, the pop happens automatically when the DVD is going through the trailers and jump to different tracks automatically? Is this normal, or should I consider this a defect?
