Castello,

It should be USB instead of 1394. Double check the manual of your
MP3 or DC, it may need to set to the PC link mode when it connects
to the PC. If the USB port is at the front panel, make sure it has
connect to the motherboard. Otherwise try the port at the back
panel.

nikon 嗰個係 usb 頭, 唔建議用相机直入 pc, 得 usb 1.1, 好慢, 幾十蚊買個
usb 2.0 card reader 快好多

嗰個係USB頭嚟, 用番跟相機啲DRIVER 碟入面嘅SOFTWARE應該會睇到, 又或者
相機插咗落電腦再開去睇相個MODE, 電腦會DETECT到, 跟住去"我的電腦"會見
到多咗個DRIVE, "CLICK" 入去就會見到啲相,

茶母,
相機是 Nikon Coolpix995. 不太明白什麼是1394, 資料由相機去電腦是靠一條
cable輸送, 一頭是個細頭,另一頭是IEEE頭.

Not sure the 1394 ports are attached on the motherboard or on the
PCI card ? Actually, I don't know what is 1394 ports. Are they the
same as IEEE ports ?

I have try to connect my MP3 player to the computer but the computer
cannot detact the MP3 player. I think may be the IEEE ports need to
be attivated.

有部份新底板會有1394內置, 如果冇就一定要加1394介面咭, 重有你部係咩
model相機, 有冇1394?

多謝幫忙, 按你提供意見測試, 果然在入面見唔到任何關於IEEE 1394嘅裝置,
請問張咭是否在motherboard上, 通常是什麼樣子的呢 ? 另外, 張咭是否很易
壞 ? 謝謝!

先按開始 > 設定 > 控制台 > 系統 > 硬體 > 裝置管理員, 睇吓會唔會硬件或
driver出問題, 如果响入面見唔到任何關於IEEE 1394嘅裝置, 咁可能係張咭插
唔好, 關機再插過或者轉第二條PCI試吓

我先前試過將motherborad bios重新裝一次, 但是還沒有反應. 是否安裝以後
還要做一些指令去驅動程式呢 ?

睇唔到 = dectect 唔到, 試試測吓 張 firewire card (如果 firewire 係後
加), 或 motherborad bios (如果 firewire 係跟 motherborad)

前些日子重裝window xp, 今天想將相片從DC->電腦, 發覺兩個IEEE插頭都沒有反應, 請指教怎樣啟動IEEE呢 ?
