轉線器 = transcoder
It is used for interconversion between PAL & NTSC. Besides a very old
model from National (you see how old it is), I am not aware of any
consumer VCR that has built-in transcoder. For DVD recorder, I heard
that only Hyundai and ACL has the capability of displaying local TV
broadcast on a NTSC TV.
Anyway, don't expect too much. Local TV channels do not have the PQ
for big screen.  |
