I got the Mika DVD a while ago. Now I want Aya concert DVD! 
TK's G70 setup is good but I've another geater G70 setup IMO!
Btw, still waiting for your call. We must see each other setup!

Does TK have the best setting on all the G70 you have ever seen?
May be I never saw a well tuned AE500. It looks horrible to me.

As far as I see:
CRT: Sony G70
DLP: Mitsubishi D1208
LCD: Panasonic AE200

Nothing is perfect. Every technology has its pros and cons. CRT
has very good black level, contrast, shadow detail and saturated
colour. But it is not sharp comparing digital projectors. Moreover
it is difficult to keep the good condition.
LCD has vibrant colour but there are lots of problems, such as
uneven colour distribution, vertical banding, dead pixels.
DLP has rainbow effect, panning artifacts, moisquito noise at low
level.
DILA has less problem but the contrast ratio is low.
We are waiting for 3 chips DLP and higher contrast and resolution
DILA. |

如果不管budget的話,如何給各種投影機評分?
當然是絕對主觀,也因各人背景經驗品味不同而有所差異,但應該有參考價值:
如本人看過以下投影機,主觀評分如下:
9分 Vidikron-Vision One(感覺接近完美,價值十多萬吧,在中環別超示範室看的)
7.8分 Barco Cine 7 (+倍線器,)
6.9分 Sharp 9000 / 馬蘭仕3S
6分 AE500/SANYO Z2 (兩者差不多,但三四萬價位的DLP並不是很大程度的比它好,因此最後選擇AE500)
