I'm using Firehawk.
Wing Ming normally use OS for demo. The quality is quite good if you
have a light-controlled environment.

Yes, I owned HT1000. Although I'm so satisfied with it, I became a
bit 身痕 and want to upgrade to 1280X720 projector with the same
picture quality (of course with limited budget!)
The HDMI>DVI input already gave big improvement to existing pic
quality. I'm waiting for a good quality 10M HDMI>DVI cable to be
released

NEC's HT1000 already a great projector before HT1100 which is
released mainly for U.S. market with a slightly longer lamp life and
software modified to use "anaporphic lens".
HT1000 already bit 1208 in terms of natural tonal balance and 3D
picture quality. I've compared the 2 in both component and DVI mode
using 969i's HDMI output in 720p setting.
See AVSForum of its good comments by producing excellent picture
right from out-of-the-box.
Regret that HK's agent has done so little to let HK HT lovers to
know this projector in details.

NEC produces nice projectors. How much is it? If it is below
HK$30k, it is worth. Otherwise you can choose Mitsubishi D1208 or
Sharp Z201E. |
