I found main cause is the norton anti virus programme....
after uninstall the programme, PDI and Dscaler can work fine now la

因為唔夠力~
如果係禁你就要buy一個新牛仔喇.....
不過你最好問人借一個大功率d既火牛try try先~~~
如果真係有效的話先轉牛仔...
我覺得480w or upper is ok....
如果真係玩oc~一個stable既火牛一定不可缺小~ANTEC 480W 我用過幾好嫁..
不過就貴左小小~~
如果都有問題可能就真係ram 作怪..... |

I still cannot solve the problems...
I don't have time to reinstall the window..maybe try later in
holiday..
format HD install window and software again is a big work for me.. |

But only hang on Dscaler programme, other programmes do not have any
problems..

I've the same problem after I installed the Dscaler and PDI card, It
always hang and the picture of DVD movie could not moving smoothly.
How can fix it???  |

Do you try to reinstall window?
If you have done it but still occur, it may be hardware problem.
Use the old mainboard & CPU to test. |

I have tried all the method you guys suggeted
like down to original 2.8G
or even I use back my old CPU 2.66G
and install DirectX and Dscaler..but the problem still happen..hang
in Dscaler...
